Jose Antonio Zarzalejos, Director , PwC Deals
Mr. Jose Antonio Zarzalejos is a Partner at PwC, heading the Retail & Consumer team in the Corporate Finance division.
Mr Zarzalejos joined PwC in July 2007 as an Associate. He is a Spanish national and is fluent in Spanish and English. Prior to joining PwC, Mr. Zarzalejos worked as a corporate lawyer at the Spanish law firm Garrigues and as an investment banker for the M&A boutique N+1. Mr. Zarzalejos holds a Law Degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid (Spain), a Master in Financial Markets from IEB (Spain), an Executive MBA from Instituto de Empresa Business School (Spain) and a PDG from IESE Business School (Madrid).
In June 2014, Mr Zarzalejos joined Frinsa, one of the largest tuna canneries in Europe, as its Head of Strategy and Business Development and after 6 months, was promoted to Chief Corporate Officer overseeing the Finance, Commercial, IT and Human Resources areas. During his tenure, Mr Zarzalejos redesigned Frinsa’s European commercial network, reached sourcing agreement with different tuna fleets and traders and analysed several acquisition opportunities. He rejoined PwC in September 2015.
As a corporate financier, he has been involved in a number of recent transactions that have taken place in the seafood industry including the acquisition of Discefa (octopus processor) by the Spanish private equity firm GED Capital and the acquisition of Satlink (one of the most relevant FADs manufacturers for tuna fishing fleets) by Artá Capital, a Spanish financial investor. Mr Zarzalejos has also participated in some of the most relevant transactions that have taken place in the tuna industry, including those involving Grupo Calvo, Grupo Garavilla and Conservas Albo in Spain.

Bill Showalter – Chief Executive, Young’s Seafood Limited
Bill Showalter has over 28 years’ experience of working in the seafood and food industries, FMCG, leisure and hospitality in senior leadership roles.
Bill joined Young’s Seafood’s then parent company, Findus Group, as CFO in 2013 and was appointed CEO of Young’s Seafood International Holdings in January 2016.
He then took the role of interim Chief Executive of Young’s Seafood Limited, a £500m revenue organization, in July 2016 and in January 2017, he was appointed as ongoing Chief Executive.
Since his appointment as interim Chief Executive at the company, Young’s Gastro range has achieved the biggest increase of any brand in frozen food’s five subcategories according to industry analysis from the Grocer magazine.
Prior to working in the seafood industry, Bill worked for HJ Heinz for 18 years as European CFO, with significant European operational experience, and he worked for Starwood Hotels for 8 years as CFO EAME.

Mr. Henning Beltestad has been the Chief Executive Officer of Lerøy Seafood Group Asa since March 2010 and has been Member of Group Management Team since 2008. Mr. Beltestad has worked 20 years in Leroy and has been Managing Director of the sales and marketing company Hallvard Lerøy AS. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Norwegian School of Management. 

Ole-Eirik Lerøy, Chairman of the Board, Marine Harvest
Mr. Lerøy is educated at the Norwegian School of Management 1980-84, and completed the AFF Management program in 1992. Mr. Lerøy has broad experience in the seafood industry; He is the former CEO of Lerøy Seafood Group ASA 1991-2008, former Chairman of the Norwegian Seafood Federation (SjømatNorge) and former Chairman of the Norwegian Seafood Council (NSC). Mr. Lerøy has been Chairman of the Board of Marine Harvest since 2010. He is also Chairman of Bergen Chamber of Commerce and Industry and member of the board of the International Groundfish Forum.

Charles Høstlund, CEO, Norway Royal Salmon
Mr. Høstlund has been the Chief Executive Officer of Norway Royal Salmon AS since 2014. Mr. Høstlund served as Regional Director of Marine Harvest Norway Northern Region. He joined Norway Royal Salmon in September 2014. Mr. Høstlund has a Master’s degree in Fish Health from the Norwegian College of Fishery Science and an MBA in Financial Control and Management from the Norwegian School of Economics.

Andreas Kvame, CEO, Grieg Seafood
Mr. Kvame became CEO of Grieg Seafood in June 2015. He previously served as CEO of Scanbio Marine Group AS. Mr. Kvame has a 17 year long professional background from Marine Harvest Group where he participated in the top management team for many years, with responsibilities for sales, logistics, processing and integration. He has worked with change management and improvements in an international capacity in the aquaculture industry spanning many companies, including the integration of Stolt Seafarms, Panfish, Fjord Seafood and Marine Harvest Group. He has an educational background in agriculture and aquaculture management.

Regin Jacobsen, CEO, Bakkafrost
Mr. Jacobsen (born 1966) has been the CEO of Bakkafrost since 1989. Mr. Jacobsen is educated at Aarhus School of Business, Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Accounting (HD-R). From 1982 to 1988, Mr. Jacobsen was Accounting Manager of the former P/f Bakkafrost, and from 1988 until 2006, he held the position as Managing Director of the former P/f Bakkafrost.

Trond Williksen, President and CEO, Salmar
With nearly 30 years of experience from different positions in the fisheries and aquaculture industries, Trond Williksen (53) most recently led the listed company AKVA Group ASA through a period of strong growth. Before this, Williksen held different management positions in the Aker Group’s fisheries section, and worked as a KPMG consultant to the fisheries industries. Williksen started his career in the Norwegian Fishermen’s Association, before joining first the aquaculture company Midt-Norsk Havbruk, and then Norske Fiskeoppdretteres Forening (currently Norwegian Seafood Federation). Trond Williksen is a university college graduate of Fisheries Economics from Bodø, Norway, and holds an MBA from the University of Washington.

Pål Korneliussen, Publisher, IntraFish Media
Pål Korneliussen, Publisher of IntraFish Media, has led the company for over 10 years. Before venturing into media Mr. Korneliussen worked in seafood (Lerøy Seafood, Kolnor Trading) and as a Management Consultant in the fish farming industry. Korneliussen holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration.

Drew Cherry is the Editorial Director of IntraFish Media, the world's largest seafood news and information provider. Cherry was born and raised in Alaska, and holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Davis, and a Master’s in Professional Writing from the University of Southern California.
